Fifth Implementation Report

The 5th 100 Days Mission Implementation Report, launched in Paris in collaboration with ANRS MIE and the Pasteur Network, reflects a pivotal year for pandemic preparedness. The adoption of the WHO Pandemic Agreement set out the first global framework for equitable preparedness and response, but sharp contractions in global health and research budgets, together with the closure of major US programmes, have disrupted pipelines for diagnostics, therapeutics and vaccines (DTVs) and exposed how dependent the 100 Days Mission ecosystem remains on a small set of funders. Accompanied by 100 Days Mission Scorecard 3.0, the report provides a data‑driven assessment of global DTV readiness by tracking funding, pipelines and enabling conditions.

What’s inside the Report:
• Progress and challenges toward the 100 Days Mission in 2025
• Priority action areas for 2026, including operationalising the Therapeutics Development Coalition and strengthening diagnostic coordination, sustaining vaccine investment, and exploring long‑term monitoring arrangements
• Spotlights on AI, H5N1 and vaccine platform technologies
100 Days Mission Scorecard 3.0 – developed with Impact Global Health – assessing readiness, funding and R&D pipelines for WHO priority pathogens
