Overall, the therapeutics pipeline and ecosystem do not see the same level of investment and coordination as vaccines at all stages of the value chain, resulting in a concerning death of candidates. This roadmap is a framework for actioning the 100 Days Mission Therapeutics objectives, encompassing key strategic milestones, as well as potential partners to implement the recommendations. This builds towards to overarching goal of developing at least two ‘Phase 2 ready’ therapeutic candidates for each of the top 10 WHO priority pathogen families.
